Will there be other passengers on my charter flight?

No – when you book a private jet charter with Kalitta Charters, the aircraft is exclusively yours. Only you decide who will be traveling with you.

 

How far in advance do I have to call to reserve a private aircraft from Kalitta Charters?

We can respond with very short notice – often less than two hours.

Am I able to contact your communications team 24/7?

Yes.  Our experienced staff is available to address your needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

 

May I bring my pet with me?

Absolutely! Your pet is always a welcome guest on our aircraft. It is important you advise our communications center that you’ll be bringing your pet, so we can ensure accommodations for a pet-friendly flight. For your pet’s safety, we do require the pet be restrained during takeoff and landing and during any turbulent air conditions.
